PROJECT OVERVIEW

In the Old Spice "FIJI" body wash commercial directed by Clayton Tony Au, we faced the challenge of replacing the existing product in the actors' hands with a new photorealistic Fiji bottle of different dimensions and size. Our goal was to seamlessly integrate the new bottle into the footage, making it look natural and authentic in the actor’s grip despite the size differences.

Creative Process

We tracked the actor’s hand movements with motion tracking software and created a photorealistic 3D model of the new Fiji bottle in Cinema 4D, adjusting its size and position to fit naturally. Using Nuke for compositing, we integrated the bottle with realistic lighting, shadows, and reflections, ensuring a seamless and convincing final result.
